Privacy

• Account: email address, display name, Discord username (if you add it or sign in with Discord) and profile picture.
• Commissions: your briefs, reference links, budgets, deadlines, messages, files delivered to you, quotes and invoices.
• Security: sign-in sessions, two-factor settings (never your codes) and short-lived counters used to stop spam and brute-force attempts.
• Your device: the commission form saves your draft in your browser until you send it. It never leaves your device before then.

• To quote, make and deliver your commissions and talk to you about them.
• To issue invoices and keep business records.
• To keep accounts secure and the site free of spam and abuse.

• Supabase stores accounts, data and files.
• Cloudflare hosts the website, runs the network and the Turnstile check that blocks bots.
• Discord is used if you sign in with it, and receives a private notification with your name and a summary when you place an order or send a message.
• An email provider sends account emails such as confirmations and password resets.

Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

If you click Allow stats, the site counts anonymous page visits: the page, the site you came from, your country, and whether you use a phone or computer. No cookie is used for this; a visitor is a hash that changes every day, so nobody can be followed across days, and IP addresses are never stored. Change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.

Your account data is kept until you delete your account.

Orders and invoices are kept after that for bookkeeping and tax purposes, but no longer linked to an account. Your profile picture is deleted straight away.

• Edit your profile or change your email and password in Settings.
• Delete your account from Settings → Delete account.
• Ask for a copy of your data or for something to be corrected or removed by messaging @elitedenizen on Discord.

Connections are encrypted, passwords are never stored in readable form, files are private and only reachable through short-lived links, and every account can use two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.

This site isn't meant for children under 13. If you're under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian before placing an order.
