Terms

• Request. You send a brief. This doesn't commit either of us to anything.
• Quote. I reply with a price, what's included and a delivery date. The estimate on the order form is only a starting point; the quote is what counts.
• Acceptance. Accepting the quote in your dashboard is your agreement to these terms for that order.
• Payment. Work starts once the invoice is paid, unless the quote says otherwise (for example a deposit on larger orders).
• Review and delivery. You see previews, ask for changes, approve, and receive the final files in your dashboard.

Prices on the site are starting prices. The final price depends on size, detail and deadline. Rush delivery costs extra.

If you ask for something that wasn't in the brief (extra sections, a new banner, a different concept), I'll quote it before doing it. Nothing is added to your bill without you agreeing first.

Minor revisions are free: text changes, swapping screenshots, adjusting colours, spacing or sizes, and fixing anything I got wrong.

Major revisions are quoted separately: changing the concept, layout or style after you've approved it, or reworking a design because the brief changed.

Revision requests are open until the order is marked completed. Changes after that are treated as a new commission.

Previews may be watermarked or lower resolution. They're for review only and may not be published or used.

Final files are released once the order is paid in full. Unless you opted out, you also receive the Figma source file so you can make your own edits later.

Keep your own copies. Delivered files stay in your dashboard for as long as your account exists, but I can't guarantee to store them forever.

I keep the copyright to everything I design. Once you've paid in full, you get a licence to use the final artwork for the project it was made for.

You can:

• Use it on that project's marketplace pages (BuiltByBit, PixelEast, Modrinth, Polymart and similar), its website, Discord server and social media.
• Use it to advertise and sell that project, including paid ads.
• Edit it yourself with the source file, for the same project (updating text, version numbers, screenshots).
• Keep using it if you transfer or sell the project to someone else. The licence goes with the project, not with you personally.

You can't, without my written permission:

• Resell, give away or redistribute the artwork or the source file, on its own or as part of a pack, template or bundle.
• Use it for a different product, server or project than the one it was made for.
• Claim you or someone else designed it, or sell design services using it as your own work.
• Use it, or my portfolio, to train AI models or as input for AI image tools.
• Share the source file publicly or with other designers to copy.

Exclusivity. The finished design made for you won't be resold to anyone else. I may reuse general techniques, layouts, shapes and my own style elements in other work.

I may show the finished work on this site, social media and marketplace profiles. If your project isn't public yet, tell me and I'll wait until it launches. If you need it kept private permanently, ask before accepting the quote; that may change the price.

You confirm you have the right to use the logos, screenshots, text, names and other material you send me, and that using them won't infringe anyone else's rights.

Fonts, textures and third-party assets used in a design stay under their own licences. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios; DenizenMC isn't affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

• Before work starts: cancel from your dashboard at no cost. If you already paid, you get a full refund.
• After work has started: a partial refund based on how much is done. Work completed up to that point stays mine and no licence is granted.
• After final delivery: no refunds, since the files have been handed over.
• If I can't finish your order for any reason on my side, you get a full refund for the unfinished part.
• Orders where you don't reply for 30 days may be closed. Payments already made follow the rules above.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for delivered work cancels your licence to use it.

If the artwork is used outside these terms, the licence ends and I may send takedown requests (including DMCA notices) to the marketplaces, hosts and platforms where it appears. This also applies to anyone copying work from this site.

Every design shown on this site is copyrighted and shown with permission. You may not download, copy, screenshot for reuse, edit, resell or use it as a reference for tracing. To reference a design for your own commission, link to it in your brief.

Keep your login details safe and turn on two-factor authentication in settings. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Accounts used for abuse, fraud or spam may be closed.

I'll do the work with reasonable care and skill. I'm not responsible for how your project performs or sells, or for losses from delays outside my control. My total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.

I may update these terms. Changes apply to orders accepted after the update; the version you accepted stays in place for your order. Questions? Message @elitedenizen on Discord or join the Discord server.
